When making a booking, we charge for the first night's stay, and the remaining balance is payable at the hotel. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled booking. Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note, we do not accept cash payments.

Yes, breakfast is included in your stay.

If you arrive earlier, you may leave your bags at reception and park in one of our spaces.

We’re just a short walk from the station. There’s only one platform; once you reach the end, turn left and follow the path. At the end of this path, turn left again, and you’ll see the Primrose House sign on the wall to your right. Continue straight, turn right at the garage on the corner, and you’ll see our driveway directly in front of you.
