We do understand that the easiest way to reach us may well be by car, but every year about five and a half million people visit Cornwall and - with there only being half a million people living in the county - that's a lot of extra cars...
...So doing things without the car serves a few purposes: there'll be less congestion and pollution; you see Cornwall from a different (lovelier) perspective, and it's just possible, given that you might be cycling or walking instead of driving, that your day gives you the gift of stretched muscles, well-used lungs and an outdoors complexion.
